All communication between car owners and garages must occur through our platform until a quote is formally accepted. Users agree to:

• Use respectful and professional language
• Not engage in harassment or abusive behavior
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate activity

Quotes submitted through Sbagh-lia are estimates provided by garages. Final prices may vary based on actual work performed. Sbagh-lia does not process payments; all transactions occur directly between the car owner and the garage.

Users may submit reviews only for completed services. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines or appear fraudulent.

Sbagh-lia acts as a marketplace connecting parties and is not responsible for the quality of work performed by garages, disputes between users, or any damages resulting from services arranged through our platform.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
